“Cyclic Yoga”:
Is a creative way of practicing Hatha yoga which was firstly created by yoga master ‘Maya’. Its structure looks like a mandala. A general string with few vertebras. In this manner, an inner rythm is used as the general string and the hatha yoga asanas as vertebras. We won`t jump out from one position to the other but we simply slide our bodies into new states….
Benefits for dancer/performers: - Recognition of body as a Segregated object through yoga positions- studing on pelvis joints in different positions, to ease movements while dancing or moving.
- Standing, sitting, laying down simple manners in order to restoration the natural state in body
- Using body organs seperately; in order to reach to the high awareness. Also, to avoid making untidy movements while performing.

Breathing techniques:
- Physically: Increasing the capacity of lungs and strengthening of Diaphragm`s power.
- Mentally: Making vacuum in lungs in order to perceive ecstatic feeling.

‘Cyclic yoga’ contains of number of Hatha yoga Asanas which are being done one after each other and the body is just a fluid matter in this way. The cycle is created to be done as every day practice. It gives Harmony and discipline to body. since the method uses rhythmical breathing and mobility in position, It strengths the power of presence for performing matters on the stage,
