“Yoga for the Performers” consist:

- Recognition of body and ways of using this subject in yoga positions called “Asana” and other physically methods.
- Recognition of pelvis joints as the heaviest body bone and understanding effects of pelvis bone movements in different positions for ease and health.
- Proper standing practices, proper sitting styles and proper laying down manners in order to to restoration a neutral state in body membrances and preventing of body injuries within physically performing activities.
- Using the body organs seperately in order to create an understanding and also, preventing untidy movements on the performances.

-  To approach to absolute motionless position in order to understand the meaning of movement, by doing unusual movements and creating more different positions than chores.
- Perception of various feeling through paying attention to breath rhythms and recording the effects in memory in order to convert unconscious feeling to conscious ones.
- Promotion of strength and endurance in physical tensions through slowing down movements in difficult figures.
- Achieving absolute harmony in the whole muscles of body through physical practices along with inhalation and exhalation rhythm.
- Releasing
- Balance trainings
- Concentration on body actions and it`s interaction effects with breathing rythems and feelings.
- Body awareness through awakening the mind while body movements.
Breathing techniques:

- Physically: Increasing the capacity of lungs and strengthening of Diaphragm`s power.
- Mentally: Making vacuum in lungs in order to perceive the ecstatic feeling.

‘Cyclic yoga’ contains of number of Hatha yoga Asanas which are being done one after each other and the body is just a fluid matter in this way. The cycle is created to be done as every day practice for physically performers and dancers in particular. It gives Harmony and discipline to dancer’s body and more awareness of presence on the stage, since it uses rhythmical breathing and mobility in positions.
